Monday - Wednesday 8:30-9:30 p.m.

Our Open Gym sessions are the perfect opportunity for athletes to practice skills at their own pace in a relaxed, unstructured environment. Whether you’re working on tumbling, stunts, jumps, or just want extra time on the equipment, Open Gym provides the flexibility to focus on what you need. Coaches are on-site to supervise and ensure safety, but this is not a structured class. Open to all skill levels.
