Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our tumbling program is built to support athletes at every level—whether they’re just starting out or chasing elite skills. With a focus on technique, strength, and progressions, our classes help athletes build confidence while learning new skills the right way. From cartwheels to fulls and beyond, we offer a safe, encouraging environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to grow.

Recreational Class Options

Ages 18 months – 3 years

A fun introduction to movement for toddlers alongside their parent! This class helps little ones build coordination, balance, and social skills through playful activities and beginner tumbling. Parents stay involved the whole time, offering encouragement and support as children explore the gym in a safe and engaging environment.

Ages 3-4

Designed for preschoolers ready to tumble on their own, Mini Champs introduces the basics of gymnastics and tumbling in a small group setting (just 6 kids per class). Athletes work on fundamental skills like rolls, jumps, and body control while developing confidence, listening skills, and independence—all while having fun with friends!

Ages 5+

This class is designed for athletes who are ready to transition from foundational tumbling into handspring work. Athletes will focus on mastering proper technique, body positioning, and drills to safely learn standing and running back handsprings with confidence and control.

Ages 5+

In this class, athletes will begin learning the fundamentals of back tucks. Through strength-building drills, technique breakdowns, and hands-on spotting, we’ll help athletes take the next step beyond handsprings—working both standing tucks and round-off back handspring tucks.

Ages 5+

This class focuses on helping athletes develop strong, technically sound layouts. With an emphasis on body control, core engagement, and correct shaping, athletes will progress from a tuck to a powerful and clean layout.

Ages 5+

Ready to twist? This class introduces the mechanics of fulls, including drills, shaping, and progressions for controlled twisting. Athletes will build air awareness and learn how to generate and manage rotation safely.
